Ping Jiang is a partner at Merits & Tree Law Offices. Prior to joining M&T, he worked successively at three leading Chinese law firms in Beijing and Shanghai for many years . Mr. Jiang has been practicing law since 2006.

He has represented a number of prominent internet entrepreneurs and early-stage founders in securing various forms of financing, and has offered full legal services for various financial transcations, including divestment and restructuring for financing, domestic RMB financing, overseas preferred stock or convertible bond financing, and M&A. With over a decade of practice, Mr. Jiang has represented and assisted real estate funds and companies through investments in Chinese real estate projects, covering equity and asset M&A at different stages of various types of real estate projects.
