Yuhua Zhao is a partner at Merits&Tree Law Offices. Prior to joining M&T, she worked at a well-known law firm for many years.

 

With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Zhao specializes in provideing legal counsel services and dispute resolution wtih a focus on civil, commercial and family law. She is particularlly skilled in handling cases where criminal and civil matters intersect, as well as marriage and family cases. She has conducted research in marriage and family law, family wealth inheritance, and management. Known for her expertise in mediation and coordination, Ms. Zhao is committed to resolving disputes efficiently and with sincerity.

 

Her clients include government agencies, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and well-known entrepreneurs. She has handled more than a thousand cases. She has been selected into the expert database of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee and serves as a part-time professor at the School of Law, Hangzhou Dianzi University. She has also been recognized as an outstanding female lawyer in Zhejiang Province.
