Tianhui Zhang is a partner at Merits&Tree Law Offices. Prior to joining M&T, she worked at an advertising company and a renowned law firm.

 

Ms. Zhang specializes in capital markets, investment, financing, and M&A. Since 2015, she has been engaged in the a range of industries, including media, aerospace, bio-pharmaceuticals and health, defense and military industry, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, environmental protection, logistics, and IoT. She has provided daily and specialized legal services for the restructuring, listing and spin-offs, investment and financing, and acquisition reorganizations of numerous large and medium-sized enterprises and listed companies in China.

 

Ms. Zhang boasts a deep understanding of capital markets practice and has a profound understanding of regulatory concepts and the client needs at different stages. She has extensive experience in securities offering and listing, M&A, and investment financing, and has provided high-quality legal services for the listings of several companies on different boards and has participated in several innovative and landmark corporate listing and M&A deals. She offers professional legal advice on external investments, refinancing, and information disclosure for listed companies. She also provides legal services for many PE fund investments, post-investment management, and exit management projects.
