Fu Sun is a partner at Merits&Tree Law Offices. Prior to joining M&T, Mr. Sun served successively as the presiding judge in the First Civil Chamber of Qingdao Intermediate People's Court, partner at Shandong Haikun Law Firm, and partner at Hengdu (Qingdao) Law Firm.

From 2002 to 2017, Mr. Sun has been engaged in the adjudication of real estate, construction and labor disputes. Especially in 2009, he was temporarily assigned to the First Civil Division of the Supreme People's Court to assist in the formulation of relevant judicial interpretations. During his 15 years of adjudicative work, he has participated in handling over 3000 complex and difficult cases, accumulating rich experience in adjudication. Subsequently, as a lawyer, he has successively provided legal services to several large real estate development companies and construction enterprises, and has received unanimous praise from clients. In addition, he also serves as an arbitrator for three arbitration institutions, including the Qingdao Arbitration Commission.
