Songsong GAO is a partner with Zhide Law Firm's Shenzhen office. Prior to joining Zhide, Ms. Gao served as an attorney at King & Wood Mallesons, and a senior attorney at Han Kun Law Offices.

 

Ms. Gao's legal practice is primarily focused on private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring, as well as fund establishment. She is dedicated to providing specialized legal services for domestic and international structured transactions across various sectors, including intelligent manufacturing, new materials, TMT, new retail, pan-entertainment, and new energy. Her expertise includes legal due diligence, equity structure design, transaction structure design, VIE structure setup, preparation of transaction documents, assistance in negotiations and closings, and design of employee stock option/equity incentive plans within domestic and international frameworks.

 

Ms. Gao's client base is broad and varied, encompassing domestic start-ups, growth-stage enterprises, and listed companies, as well as multinational corporations with international structures in sectors such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
