Huahua Fu is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining M&T, Ms. Fu worked as a full-time associate at W&H (Shanghai) Law Firm and Grandway Law Offices.

Ms. Fu's main practice areas are special assets, restructuring and insolvency, real estate and infrastructure, and dispute resolution. She has rich practice experience for more than ten years, providing legal services for many non-performing assets acquisition and disposal projects, and providing legal support for enterprises in distress. She has participated in many large-scale mergers and acquisitions projects of domestic and foreign enterprises, especially in the restructuring of state-owned enterprises and the withdrawal of troubled equity. She also has participated in many bankruptcy restructuring and investment projects of listed companies, providing all-around legal services for listed companies' foreign investment and burden reduction. Ms. Fu has acted for many infringement and contract disputes related to cultural media. She also has acted for litigation and arbitration disputes involved in many investment and financing and construction contract disputes, covering banking and finance, real estate, infrastructure, and cultural media industries.
