Guangde Huang is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining M&T, Mr. Huang served as a partner/associate at Gaopeng & Partners (Shenzhen) Law Firm and Jincheng Tongda & Neal (Shenzhen) Law Firm and worked in the international logistics industry for many years.

Since Mr. Huang began to practice in 2005, he has handled many litigation and non-litigation cases.
