Ms. Li is a partner of Koo, Li & Partners LLP in association with Merits & Tree LLP. She focuses practice on Hong Kong capital market, cross-border finance & investment, compliance and investigation and general corporate.


Ms. Li has led the legal team to advise several PRC companies in completion of the overseas bonds issuance, and she has played a key role in some successful initial public offerings on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. In the projects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Li is competent to offer professional legal support throughout the stages of transactions starting with the structure design, due diligence, terms negotiation and until completion and closing. As experienced annual legal adviser of a number of renowned listed and private companies, Ms. Li has well-equipped expertise in provision of legal advice on matters such as general corporate compliance, listing compliance, corporate governance, business contracts, regulatory investigations, assistance in dispute resolution, restructuring and liquidation.
