Ms. Cui’s practice areas mainly are capital markets, PE/VC, and M&A, with more than ten years of extensive experience, and has successfully assisted multiple enterprises in their domestic and overseas IPO, including Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. The industry sectors cover high-end manufacturing, fine chemical engineering, biomedicine, software, and information technology, etc. Ms. Cui represented multiple listed companies in their refinancing and major asset restructuring and provided transaction structure designing, documenting, permanent legal advisory services, and equity incentives under regulatory rules for multiple listed companies and IPO enterprises.
