Kelly Zheng is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Ms. Zheng worked at World Animal Protection China Office, Fangda Partners and Global Law Firm.

 

Ms. Zheng focuses on PE/VC investment and financing, corporate M&A, securities capital markets, and general corporate matters in the sectors of TMT, new technology, new energy, medical and health, manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate industry and so on. Ms. Zheng represented dozens of leading VC/PE funds in their investment and financing projects, and M&A transactions. Also, Ms. Zheng provided full cycle legal services for many influential companies and listed companies.
